This draft guidance to regions focuses on the work that regions will be invited to undertake to influence the Government’s decisions on transport investment from 2014 onwards. It accompanies the documents “Delivering a sustainable transport system” and “Delivering a sustainable transport system: consultation document on planning for 2014 and beyond”, published in November 2008.
